Who we are. Ouro Brands Pte. Ltd., UEN 202629639W, 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. We take your privacy seriously and follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect. Your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, company details for trade accounts, your order history, and basic technical information such as your device and how you use this store. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we collect it. To process and deliver your order, take payment, send invoices and receipts, keep our accounting records, look after your account, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations. If you tick the box at checkout, we will also send you news about Ouro. You can stop these emails at any time using the link in them.

Who we share it with. Only with people who help us serve you: our online store platform (Shopify), our payment provider, our warehouse and courier partners, our accounting and email providers, and our professional advisers. We do not sell your data.

Outside Singapore. Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires. Accounting records are generally kept for five years.

Your rights. You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Write to weixuan@ouro.com.sg. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies. This store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your session and understand how the store is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but parts of the store may then not work.
