Shipping policy

Where we deliver. Within Singapore only.

Cost. Delivery within Singapore is complimentary on every order.

Timing. We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 business days of your order being confirmed. These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on stock and courier availability.

Delivery. Our fulfilment partner packs your order and a courier delivers it to the address you give us. Someone should be available to receive it. Cartons hold 24 glass bottles and are heavy, so please tell us if you need a particular delivery arrangement.

Delays. If something delays your order, we will tell you. Events outside our control, such as courier disruption or severe weather, can affect timing.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge for a second delivery.
