About these terms. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Ouro Brands Pte. Ltd., UEN 202629639W, 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. For trade accounts, the Ouro Terms of Trade apply and prevail where they differ.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or a price is shown incorrectly, and if so we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Singapore dollars. Ouro Brands Pte. Ltd. is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. Complimentary delivery within Singapore is included in the price. Payment is taken at checkout.

Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Ouro Vitality Hydrogen Water is a premium lifestyle beverage. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical advice.

Intellectual property. The Ouro name, logo, images and text on this store belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Our responsibility. We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to it.
